Then again, if you are uncertain of using such medications, then you can simply opt for a more natural approach to solve your skin problem. One excellent natural remedy for getting rid of blackheads, whiteheads etc. involves the use of tomato juice.
Tomato is a great fruit and it contains plenty of beneficial properties like vitamins A & C and it is also packed with loads of lycopene which is a natural and powerful antioxidant. If ingested, it can help those people with high blood pressure and other heart-related illnesses. If applied topically, it can help you get rid of blights, zits and other forms of acne. When using tomato for acne removal, you can either use it on its own or have it mixed with other ingredients. If you choose to use it on its own, simply take a fresh medium sized tomato, cut it in half and drop the pieces onto a pot of boiling water. Peel off the skin and mash the tomato. Apply it over the affected areas of your face, leave it there for twenty to thirty minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water.
You can also mix tomato juice with cucumber juice and then apply it directly onto the infected areas with the use of a soft cotton ball. Leave the juice on your face to dry and then rinse the solution off using cold water.
