a.) Inner Thigh Lift – This routine will help trim down your thigh fat. Lie on the floor on one side and bend one leg at about ninety-degrees in angle. Now, lift the bended leg up as high as you possibly can, maintain that position for a couple of counts and then release and lower your leg back into the starting position. Repeat this exercise for ten times on each side.
b.) Outer Thigh Lift – This exercise is great for shaping your buttocks. This is basically done the same manner as that of inner thigh lift with the exception of bending your leg. With this, lift your extended leg while lying on one side and again hold that position for a couple of seconds, then slowly lower down your leg. Repeat this for ten times on each side.
c.) Abdominal Crunches – Lie down on the floor with both you knees bent and your hands placed on the back of your head. Slowly lift your upper body by constricting your abdominal muscles. Hold that position for several counts and then release. Perform this exercise for ten repetitions. This routine will target and eliminate your belly fats fast.
